Home again

Gosh it has been a few weeks since Ive been on here, lot has gone on, and I think that summer has finally made it to NV, at least we haven't had frost on the plants for a few days LOL.

My last four weeks have been full of fun and family, Jack and I traveled to AZ starting on the 25 of May I did the morning driving cause Jack had just gotten off of night shift got most of the way to Cedar City then Jack took over I don't like to drive in the city. Was too early to stay at Cedar City so went on to Kanab thinking no problem finding a room was middle of week and not a holiday boy were we wrong, not a room in the town anywhere so on we went to Page hoping for better luck there.
Found a room after having to wait for an hour their computer was down so couldn't check us in. Made it to Darceys in Queen Creek, around three thirty on the 26th Ebens graduation is next day on the 27th can't believe that now two of my grandsons have made it threw high school. Iam so proud of them.

On to Tiffaneys for a few days, it is so much fun to be able to spend time with each family, watching ball games, shopping antique stores when possible, spending time with the grandkids. just soaking in all that they do.
Helped Tiff, plant some trees and making irrigation ditches for the trees.

Tiffaney drove me over to meet Penny at girls camp so could go and spend a few days with her and family, Kynzie went with me, we are flying to MO. Had a fun time with Penny and family, was able to stop and see Terry and Sharon before they went to UT. Always sad to say good bye to kids, but Penny and family are coming to visit in July will be here before I know it. It is always sad when Jack can't be with me for these visits he had to get back and go to work.

Darcey met us in Globe, heading to MO on the 9th flying into Springfield Jackie is going with Kynzie and me.

Flight to Mo was good Kynzie was a little nervous but did a good job of staying calm, brother Bill picked us up, we went out to eat Kynzie picked out I Hop wasn't all that good. Got to moms about 11:30pm. First couple of days there just went around saying hi to everyone, then on Sat headed to Iowa for a family reunion on my moms side. Rain and more rain on the way to Iowa and after we got there was good to see my uncle him and mom are the only ones left on this side of family have lots of cousins but probably wouldn't know them if I were to met them on the street kind of sad in ways not to know your family. But haven't been back to a reunion for 10 yrs of so. Girls seem to be having a good time I told them next time we go on a trip I wouldn't make them go to a family gathering were they didn't know anyone I always hated that.

Plane landed in Mesa on June 16th at 10:30pm, went out for ice cream with Eben, then to bed for some needed rest have a cough I can't seem to get rid of, also my ear is plugged up hopfully it will all go away when I get home. Tiffaney and Kenneth are traveling to Las Vegas with me were we are meeting Jack, staying at Circus Circus. Got into Vegas around 4:00pm Jack was there waiting for us good to see him. WE had a fun time watching kids ride the rides and even got brave enough to ride a couple with Tiffaney scary but fun. Headed home on the 18th, got home with out any trouble good to be home, Jack did a good job taking care of plants and yard the veggies we had planted did freeze so will try the farmers market in Elko for our veggies this year.

Getting everything back into shape so we can leave on the 1st of July heading to Montana for a few days will be good to see things again or maybe just make it harder to leave and travel back to NV. Guess we will have to see.
